Refund Policy

Invoices will be sent out prior to the first day of class, generally the week before class starts. Payment is due on the first day of class. Class fees can be paid in person or online using the link provided on the invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for classes once you have your space. We can offer full credit toward a future class if notification is given at least 7 business days before the class begins. We cannot offer any refunds or credits once a class has started. Credits must be used within 6 months of the starting date of the class it was issued for. Credits can be used for any service provided by RolloverU.

Private training classes are rescheduled if missed. If the training plan is completed before all sessions are used, additional behaviors can be added to fill the remaining training time or the prorated amount can be used or saved as a RolloverU credit towards other services. Credits must be used within 6 months of the starting date of the private session it was issued for. Credits can be used for any service provided by RolloverU.
