RolloverU Boarding

Dogs in our care enjoy an active but structured day out of kennels. They practice manners, basic commands, and impulse control. Breakfast and dinner are served in kennels to reduce the risk of resource guarding. When it is time to settle down for the night each dog is given a treat.

Enrollment is required for boarding clients. This ensures we have the information we need to care for your fur baby. It only needs to be completed once then the paperwork and shot records are updated regularly.

The Assessment

Being able to meet your dog before their first stay helps reduce their stress. It gives us a chance to see how they act and to play with them a bit so when they come back it isn't as scary for them. A tour of the facility and a chance to get questions answered is also provided at the same time.

The forms tell us about your pet and provide us with important information in case of emergencies. They are online forms and can be completed in about 15 - 20 minutes.

The Enrollment process takes about 72 hours to complete due to scheduling the assessment. If you are planning your first stay, please start early to allow time to schedule the assessment. Our schedule gets full, especially during the holidays.

Drop-off & Pickup hours

To accommodate the different schedules and needs of our boarding clients we are allowing drop-offs and pickups anytime between the hours of:

  • Monday - Friday 7:00 am – 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm 
  • Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm 
  • Sunday Pickup only By Appointment (Call for Details)

RolloverU recommends bringing something soft from home like a blanket or towel to help reduce the stress of being boarded. This is kept in their kennel so they can cuddle with something familiar at night.

We provide healthy treats for all the dogs during the day and at kennel time. You are welcome to bring treats especially if your dog has special dietary needs or allergies.  The treats RolloverU provides are included in the price for boarding.

We recommend bringing enough food to feed your dog for his entire visit. Food should be in a sealed air-tight container. 

Before your dog's first stay, they will need to complete the enrollment process. After that, we ask for at least 24 hours notice.
